Positive: My booking through Bookit.com was horrible. It did no good through to Hampton Inn Suffolk. There system went down on July 31. So no reservations went through and when we arrived to check in there was no reservation. So I had to pay again to stay. Sad o I want my 176.00 back from you all. I will never use you all again and I will not recommend you all to anyone!

Positive: The location was nice but the cell service was sketchy. The hotel and hotel room was nice! We enjoyed the easy access to either, and the kindness of the staff.
Negative: Unfortunately, there was children running down the hallway late at night and early morning.
Summary: It was good. I would recommmend to others!
